I can’t wait for this incredible retreat in the heart of Napa Valley! Get ready for an immersive day filled with breathtaking designs, insightful educational sessions, and a thoughtfully curated lunch and appetizers. All of this will take place at one of the most iconic and sought-after venues in the region, Tre Posti Napa Valley, known for its stunning vineyard views and exceptional hospitality. This retreat is designed to give you the ultimate experience in both learning and luxury, with every detail thoughtfully planned to inspire and elevate your work.
Throughout the day, you’ll work alongside a talented team of vendors, including myself, photographers, filmmakers, florists, and more, to capture multiple looks and a full wedding design. We’ll explore different aspects of a luxury wedding, from stunning details to the full event experience, all while enjoying five-star service. One of my favorite things about our retreats is that you not only get to photograph these gorgeous designs but also truly experience the luxury firsthand. It’s all about connecting with others, understanding the high-end service we aim to provide, and walking away inspired to serve our clients at the highest level possible.

As the Founder and Executive Producer of ROQUE Events, Raquel has built a successful career in the luxury wedding industry, creating unforgettable experiences for couples. With over a decade of experience as a wedding planner and designer, she is the visionary behind La Perle Retreats, offering her expertise to help photographers, videographers, and designers elevate their brands and businesses. Raquel’s unique ability to blend luxury with creativity is at the heart of everything she does.

Claire Glynn is a detail-driven event designer with a background in data science and business development, bringing precision and creativity to luxury wedding planning. At La Perle Retreats, she curates immersive, high-end experiences that blend storytelling with thoughtful design, ensuring every element reflects sophistication and artistry. Passionate about collaboration, she works closely with top-tier vendors and creatives to elevate brands and create unforgettable destination events.
CHRIS PRINTZ
My name is Chris Printz and I currently live in Cincinnati, OH. I think if knowledge can help someone else, that knowledge should be shared, not protected. In the simplest terms, I just enjoy helping people.
I love that I get to be creative in completely different ways each wedding I film. Every wedding day, couple, planner, design, venue etc. are all different in some capacity. I could never cope with jobs where I had a boss, typical 9-5, sitting at a desk, looking up at the clock until I could leave.
When I’m not filming weddings, I’m usually home with my family. I’m a full-on stay-at-home dad. My daughter Winnie is obsessed with Disney princesses and she will wear somewhere between 5-10 different princess outfits every day. She loves swimming, Chipotle and going to Target where our routine is to stop at Starbucks for a cake pop and then going straight to the Disney section. I’ve also been a big cinephile my entire life and love collecting my favorite movie poster artwork, especially from the 60s, 70s and 80s. My office and basement are covered in my favorite original movie posters. Like a lot of creatives in the last ten years, I’ve been getting more interested in shooting film on photo and video.

Hi, I’m Alex of Love Tribe Weddings. As a wedding photographer and filmmaker with over 10 years of experience building my personal brand, my work combines an editorial aesthetic with a documentary approach, pushing the boundaries of conventional artistry to create something both unconventional and timeless. I've had the privilege of traversing the globe documenting amazing weddings and I am very excited to share my strategies that continue to deliver results in business. Outside of weddings, I have been practicing Jiu Jitsu for about 10 years and have a huge passion for it. Fun fact, I used to DJ at big house music events with some well known artists and I still DJ every once in a while. I’m deeply inspired by my little fam and enjoy the travels and journey we are on.
I’m thrilled to be a part of this retreat because I believe in sharing innovative ideas that elevate our industry. During our time together, I’ll be discussing topics like standing out in a saturated market, shooting hybrid with photo and video simultaneously and how to get in front of your ideal clients faster with proper marketing strategies. I’ll also dive into how thinking outside the box can transform your creative process and help you push artistic boundaries. My goal is to inspire attendees to approach their craft with fresh perspectives while building businesses that thrive.

I’m the founder and creative visionary behind StudioCynth, a boutique wedding signage and stationery studio. With a passion for celebrating love stories in all their authenticity, I believe that weddings should be more than just events—they should be a reflection of the unique journey each couple has shared.
With over a decade of experience in graphic design, I have combined my creative talents and desire to help others, transforming my passion into a full-time business. Today, I’m proud to have worked with countless couples across California, designing personalized, one-of-a-kind pieces that perfectly capture each couple's individual love story.

Let'er Bloom Flowers began with Lauren and Brycen, a husband-wife team pursuing their dream to live by the campground philosophy: "leave it better than you found it." The two met and fell in love, with agriculture always being a part of their lives. Both Lauren and Brycen have deep roots in sustainable agriculture and they implement these practices at their flower farm in Sebastopol, CA. Though the commitment to sustainable farming has its challenges, the abundance of blooms and native pollinators and animals that coexist in the flower field make it all more than worth it!
