Q: What inspired you to create La Perle Retreats?

A: After over a decade of working as a wedding planner and designer with ROQUE Events, I found myself constantly exploring ways to elevate my craft and grow my business. I realized that many creatives in the wedding industry – photographers, videographers, and designers – are also looking for ways to refine their skills, learn from top industry professionals, and build a network that supports their growth. La Perle Retreats was born out of this desire to create a space where we can come together, learn, and grow through immersive, hands-on experiences.

A: La Perle Retreats is all about a high-end, transformative experience. We’re not just focusing on the technical aspects of photography or wedding design – we’re elevating the entire creative process. Our retreats combine luxury wedding design, business education, and wellness to help attendees refine their craft and grow their brand. It's a holistic approach, giving creatives the tools they need not just to succeed, but to thrive in the luxury market. And with my background at ROQUE Events, we bring the finest details, elevated experiences, and high-level design to everything we do.

Q: What can attendees expect from a La Perle Retreat?

A: Our retreats are immersive and hands-on, combining creative shoots, business workshops, and opportunities to connect with industry experts. For example, at our inaugural retreat in Napa Valley this April, we’re showcasing a full wedding production, including a ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, invitation suite, and models. This provides a real-world setting for photographers, videographers, and designers to practice their skills. Along with the styled shoots, there will be in-depth discussions on luxury branding, how to break into the high-end wedding market, and tips for growing a thriving business.

Q: Why Napa Valley for your inaugural retreat?

A: Napa Valley is the perfect setting for our inaugural retreat – it’s luxurious, inspiring, and offers stunning natural beauty that lends itself beautifully to wedding photography and design. As a Napa local and the founder of ROQUE Events, I wanted to bring this retreat to the place I call home. Napa is a destination that embodies both luxury and creativity, making it the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience for our attendees.

Q: How can someone sign up for the upcoming Napa Valley retreat?

A: We’re currently building a waitlist for our Napa Valley retreat in April! The waitlist price is $1,000, and after that, the price will increase to $1,500.
